An easy way to make healthy chicken pizza at home

RECIPE OF HEALTHY CHICKEN PIZZA

INGREDIENTS

For pizza base

2 cups wheat flour (Atta)
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp dry yeast 
1 tbsp any cooking oil
2tbsp of lukewarm water
Salt to taste

For pizza topping

400 gm boneless chicken cut into 1- inch pieces
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 Diced bell pepper
Few olives thinly sliced
1 cup low- fat mozzarella cheese
Pizza sauce (no salt added)

METHOD

Take lukewarm water in a small bowl and add yeast to it. Let it set aside for 5 minutes. Take another big bowl to add flour, sugar, salt, yeast water and oil to it and knead it well. Use water to knead the pizza dough. Once the dough has been kneaded, next cover it with a wet cloth. Set it aside for 1 hour.

In the meantime, prepare the chicken. Take chicken in a bowl and add red chilly powder, garam masala, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, and salt to it. Mix well and fry the chicken on a pan with 4 tsp of oil.

Then you may get back to the dough. After one hour you’ll notice the dough has risen. Once again you gotta knead it but this time using a bit of oil on your palms. Now take a ball-sized portion and roll it out to form a circle of 30 cm. Apply some nice pizza sauce over it. Then place the cooked chicken pieces, bell pepper, and olives followed by cheese all over it. Perk the base with a fork. Apply a bit of oil on the edges of the pizza and then place it in the oven pre-heated at 200 degrees for 10 mins. Bake it for 20 mins at 200 degrees till cheese has melted and crust is brown.

Once it is ready, serve your pizza with pizza seasoning and tomato ketchup.
